What days and hours are you available?

We offer cleaning appointments Monday through Friday, with 2-hour time slots available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are not currently available on weekends.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For move-in/move-out cleanings, we suggest booking as early as possible since those slots fill up quickly.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer that slot to other customers.

A standard clean covers all the everyday essentials — kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, and dusting. A deep clean goes further, tackling inside appliances, baseboards, cabinet interiors, grout, window tracks, and all the areas that typically get overlooked.

No upfront payment is required when you book online. We operate on a pay-later model — you will receive details about payment after your appointment is confirmed.

Yes! New customers receive 10% off their first service — use code WELCOME10 at booking. We also offer up to 20% off with a recurring cleaning plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Refer a friend and you both receive a $20 credit toward your next cleaning.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access instructions and go about their day. If you prefer to be home, that is completely fine too. We will work around whatever is most comfortable for you.
